Traveling school news!

This has been a very busy year for me. Seems like the traveling schools are getting to be very popular. If time permits we will do more traveling schools next year. Sorry to all our international customers for not having time this year for too many traveling schools out of the country. We will try and set time aside for those of you next year.

Hi to our Hong Kong students :)

Thanks to all the friends I have made during the traveling schools, you guys make this a fun job :)

New product news!

The YS 91 Long Stroke has been released and seems to be doing very well. I have worked very closely with Hatori mufflers in Japan to come up with the SB-19 muffler for this new engine.

This appears to be a very smooth running engine, and the power delivery and fuel economy is excellent.

The Viper head by OMI on the YS .91 short stroke makes the engine very smooth, adds more power, and provides better cooling. I have also asked OMI to do a Viper head for the YS 90 long stroke.

I have been working with SAB in Italy to come up with new versions of a 710 3D blade. We have two new versions of a wide chord 710 blade. The SAB part numbers are ART 0224 and ART 0225. These blades perform very well for all different flying styles.

I will be getting some samples of the new Duralite power box. This is an inflight battery system that has redundancy built in to it. We will report back after we see some samples. For more information please visit www.duralitebatteries.com.

A friend of mine has come up with an on-board glow igniter. I have been using these for the last 6 months and they are working Excellent! For more information go to Switch Glow

Special thanks!

We would personally like to thank all the people who put together the traveling school's for 2007, its been a great season so far. Your hard work in organizing these schools is greatly appreciated. Its nice meeting new people both in and out of the country. Remember students as you heard us tell you before... be safe when you fly your helicopter.
